Hello, I'm William, a passionate product designer with 2+ years of UX research/design experience and 5+ years of startup experience. I believe to live is to explore the infinity of knowledge and utilize what I've learned to make changes. The problem-solving mindset fosters me to deliver effective, efficient, and useful solutions for every challenge encountered.
Through experiences from founding a nonprofit to working with corporations, I'm equipped with cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management abilities. Combining my strength in empathy, qualitative and quantitative research skills, and senses of aesthetics, I'm strived to improve user's quality of life through creating better experiences.
